Life Lab was founded in 2016 by licensed psychotherapist, Tristan Coopersmith. Tristan hand selects her team of experienced, uber passionate, talented, beautiful and inspiring therapists, psychologogists, crafters, healers and certified health and wellness coaches to guide LL members through holistic classes and creative experiences. Together, Tristan and her team share Life Lab’s mission to empower women to acquire the skills and confidence they seek to unearth their life’s purpose and to manifest self-love.
